The mission of the Cache County Sub for Santa program is to provide temporary assistance during the Christmas season to individuals and families residing in Cache County who are in need. Our volunteers work tirelessly each year to translate donations from a wide array of individuals and businesses into much-needed gifts for families in our community. Year after year we are able to help hundreds of families residing in Cache County, but we can’t do it alone. With your help, we can continue to give.

To continue our tradition of giving, we have a goal to raise $30,000 in donations for the 2018 Christmas season. Please consider donating to our cause and help us help others within our community.
Come visit the Shopko Tree at Shopko on 1400 N Main St. in Logan and pick an ornament off our tree. Then, purchase the item listed on the ornament and bring it back to the Shopko Tree. Your gift will be delivered to the individual in need, all thanks to you.
You can become a Sub for Sponsor by simply calling our office and requesting to sponsor as many children as you want to this season. Our volunteers will work with you to turn your sponsorship into much needed gifts for the number of children you specify.
Each year, there are certain items that make our Top 20 most needed items, most of which aren’t toys, such as coats, gloves, hats, and snowboots. Call our office to get our top 20 list for 2018. Once you have items from the list to donate, drop them off at our office and we’ll distribute them to those in need.
Each year, teens in need in Cache County are often forgotten around holiday seasons. You can help by purchasing a gift card to any local retail store and bring them to our office. Your donation will be given to the youth who can best benefit by receiving the gift cards.
Got something special in mind for helping this year? We’d love to hear it! Talk to one of our volunteers at our office and we’ll do our best to help make it happen. Bring us your most imaginative and heartwarming ideas and together, we can make this year one to remember.

Since the beginning, Sub for Santa has always been a community-based and funded entity. The Cache County Sub for Santa first served the community from the Senior Center on 1st East in Logan. As the organization continued to serve, it has operated out of the Whittier Center, the Boys and Girls Club, and recently, the BATC West Campus building. Year after year, the Cache County Sub for Santa continues to bring assistance to individuals and families in need during the Christmas season.
